How to Build a Trusting Relationship with Yourself

Have you ever not trusted someone?  Think about why?  What happened to create that distrust?  Ask yourself this, "Would you approach that person for advice?  To handle a crisis or situation?"  My guess would be no! 

Today I will be talking about WHY the relationship with yourself is so important when it comes to losing weight.  I will first discuss and teach how your brain and mind work.  It's a game changer!  There is a part of your brain, through no fault of its own, that creates roadblocks and challenges when it comes to losing weight.  

Learn HOW to trust yourself!  Learn WHY it's important!
