• There were so many valuable aspects to this course! The Hunger Scale was #. 1 for me. Penny taught me so many things about how the brain works and how to change my way of thinking, along with giving me so many tools to use moving forward. The coaching sessions were very helpful. I can almost visualize you thinking or saying, "Oh, great, ANOTHER DIET!"  Believe you me, I GET IT!

I, too, am an audience for the MANY TV commercials and diet programs offered on Facebook, etc.  They never end!

Rest assured, this is NOT a diet!!   I went through the grueling, painful, resentful years of taking weight off in my late teens, and early 20s.  It was NOT pleasant and I hated every minute!   My goal is to help you skip over that unnecessary pain, starvation, and deprivation!

    * You knew that the money and time you spent on the product or system was a temporary fix, would you spend the time and money?

    My guess is your answer is no, yet millions of people chase the dream! They look for the latest fad or quick fix! They go from diet to diet hoping to find the miracle, the magic pill, or the secret trick!

  • *The diet industry racks up over 90 BILLION DOLLARS a year!

    * The obesity level has gone from 13% (in the 80's) to 42% plus! Experts predict rates will continue to climb to over 50% prevalence in the next 10 years!

    *Obviously, diets DO NOT WORK!

Designed to create AWARENESS!  It is a sensible, sustainable, realistic, and doable approach to living your life while losing weight. 

An 8-week program that includes audio, modules, and weekly coaching calls.  You will be introduced to a new principle or tool each week via the module.  We will set up a 30-minute call each week to review your victories, challenges, questions, and insight.

REALISTIC!  Although you might see it happen, I am not claiming that you will "lose 7-10 pounds a week".  We live in a quick-fix society and as much as I'd love to promise you that, for most people, that is just not realistic.  This is not a QUICK FIX for weight loss.  It is a program designed to provide you with tools and a mindset shift that will help you stay on track for your future.  No more "Yo-Yo" syndrome!
