The Bathroom Scale— Motivator or Deterrent

Traditional diet programs have you weigh yourself on a regular basis to "rate your progress".  How does that make you feel?  Anxious?  Nervous?  Overwhelmed?    What if the scale does not reflect the number you want?  Does that set you up for binge eating?  Maybe the bathroom scale is NOT your friend or motivator when it comes to losing weight!  Listen for other options and information to help you decide.
